Establishing Expectations

I started this blog so that I can accomplish several things: first, I want to practice my writing so that I can become better. Second, I want to get my writing out there.
What's gonna happen? I am planning to either put a short story, or poem (most stories because I'm not a poet) each week. I won't promise that I'll be able to do it every week because I am working on a novel and that will be top priority but I will certainly try.
What I want from you guys? I want feedback! Feedback is essential to writing, so please comment. Even if you aren't a writer, I appreciate everyone's comment.
